Yes, Luke is getting winter tires ready!

Many of you are not doing as much driving. So, due to COVID, we have already started putting winter tires on. We have a limited number of waiting appointments each day to ensure social distancing in our showroom. Jenni & Danny are ready to take your call.

If you can drop off and leave the vehicle to get the winter tires done, we still need you to set a date with us.

Do you know what this is and where is it in your vehicle?

This is a Wheel Nut Key and we need it to get your tires off. Make sure you know where in your vehicle it is and tell us! If possible have it in your centre console. We recommend storing it in your glove box.

ON OR OFF RIMS…THAT IS THE QUESTION!

Driving in Ontario in the winter, we definitely believe in driving with winter tires, there is no doubt about that! 80% of accidents are caused by 20% of the vehicles with no winter tires.

So you are purchasing winter tires. What about rims? Yes, we recommend rims with your initial purchase of winter tires. Not because it’s another item to sell you, but you are saving time and money on your investment of tires. If you don’t get rims, you have to RIP the summer tires off the rim to put the winter tires on, so you are ripping your tires spring and fall. You will not get the longevity that you should from both your sets of tires. It also takes a lot longer and is much more labour intensive for the technician. While tires with rims are heavier…Luke will take carrying 4 tires on rims, over a ripping changeover, any day!
